After serving WNHZ for some time, she moved to other media stations including WPGH-TV in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, WFTV in Orlando, Florida, and WOWK-TV in Charleston, West Virginia. On March 24, 2008, Fadal joined the WPIX team and began as a reporter and anchor. She reported and anchored the Morning News every weekday where she covered breaking news and feature stories.

She became the executive producer and host for Broadway Profiles in 2019. The show is aired on Broadway Channel that features detailed interviews with renowned celebs.
